I think this workflow can be improved a lot!
This way of doing things is not wrong but outdated! By a long shot!

Q1. Why dual boot boot and not use WSL2? Even when WSL provides native linux environment!?
Q2. Why did you choose to manually add the ppa and install the requirements?
Q3. Why not choose anaconda or miniconda? Conda can install almost all the dependencies automatically and provides much better environment management!
