I think there are some discrepancies. You put VS Code in the IDE category and the first line in the description says code editor. It is a code editor and not an IDE and it is very beginner friendly (use it and you’ll know why 😉)

Jupyter is kept in IDE category. I can say with experience, it barely even qualifies as code editor as it lacks most of the features of a code editor. You can get those features but it requires messing with the command line. Even it’s installation and startup has to be done through command line. This is something a beginner might not be comfortable with. I will say that it is not beginner friendly. Also, a suggestion, when you are putting a link to open source in a product description, as a reader I would expect that link to point to the source code of that product and not an article explaining open source. It does not belong in a product description. I would suggest a small section on open source in the beginning of this article and that link provided there.

Sublime too supports almost every major programming language like vs code.

I would suggest looking over the Stackoverflow results for this year’s survey and linking that in the article. You can find it here.

I also suggest tweaking the title a bit. “Must” is a strong word here and for many (I think almost everyone..), $179 for wing IDE does not go well with must use… a person would only use one or two, atmost 4 from this list (again I say this from experience..)

PS: please note that I make above points as per my knowledge and experience. Please don’t take it personally. 🙂
